Rappelz missing file audiere.dll?

I downloaded and installed Rappelz from http://www.atomicgamer.com/file.php?id=74784 and played it for a little while before logging off. when i tried to launch rappelz again, it took about 3 hrs and 15 minutes to "download updated information", and once it finished that, i clicked "Play Game". A box came up saying that it failed to launch because i was missing file "audiere.dll". So, i downloaded audiere.dll from http://www.dlllab.com/audiere.dll_download.html , then I tried to launch Rappelz again. The same box came up telling me that "audiere.dll" was missing. What's wrong?
What should I do? Is there something I should've done AFTER I downloaded "audiere.dll" that I hadn't done?
