Red Baloon on my taskbar it's about security ?

i got a icon on my computer taskbar it's about security it says windows security alert and it says ur computer might be at risk and install some firefox program in ur computer but i already installed anti virus program and firwall on from my computer how can i make that icon away from taskbar ?

      Your computer is infected with rogue antispyware. Download and run rogue antispyware software from the internet.

      Your system is infected with some rogue security software.
      Please use some good anti-spyware application to fix this problem.
      No Single security application can prevent your PC from intrusion/getting infection.
      If you are looking for some free stuff then I will recommend you to use Adware-SE and Spybot S&D. Also scan your PC with some good Anti-Virus. AVG is a good one. Use some good firewall application (like ZoneAlarm) to protect your PC from unauthorized access (in-coming and Out-going).
      Some good Anti-spywares are SpywareDoctor, Noadware.net, Adaware, etc. and best Anti-Virus Appplications are Nod32 by eset, Norton, McAFee, etc.
