I have an Norton Internet Security and Norton 2008 (if Im not mistaken) one day while trying to run a Full System Scan, it encountered error 314,534 (again, if I remember correctly) and it said I had to reinstall it. I followed the steps on the website, such as writing down the product key, removing all Norton products with the Norton Remover Tool, and the computer restarted. So how do I reinstall Norton because I cannot find a download button on the website’s order history?!

I would recommend downloading AVG Anti-Virus software for free. Norton products can be quite the headache. When my other PC crashed and I took it in for data retrieval, Norton would not allow access to the hard-drive. The computer tech loaded AVG on and I have noticed an improvement in system performance.
