Remote Desktop programs, MOST don't allow you to click on features in certain things ilke a firewall, any help

Remote Desktop Connection is the only remote desktop program i can think of that allows me to remotely change my other computer's firewall settings. Most remote desktop programs don't allow me to do this. Remote Desktop Connection doesn't work properly with Windows XP Home Edition so im looking for another remote desktop connection program that allows EVERYTHING, even changing settings in firewall/AV.
LogMeIn doesn't allow you to change settings in applications like AV's and Firewalls either, i believe i tried this before
