Boot in safe mode, turn S&D off (teatime as well) then remove it using add/remove.
Is hard to remove it, if its running.
If does not work try downloading ccleaner then click tools & un-install from there.
Good Luck.

Erm i hate to point this out, but (assuming you have the actual thing..) Spyboy Search & Destroy is used to remove spyware, and most certainly does not give you more - its a highly reputable anti-spyware program. I would look into other causes of the sudden infection of your computer because (unless what you have isnt the real spybot s&d - i.e. some rogue software) it will not have been spybot that infected your computer.
The 'invalid uninstallation control' is likely to be caused by a bad uninstall file for spybot which may have been corrupted along the way somewhere - you could use an uninstall tool to remove it though.
I would scan your computer with some known anti-malware programs like Spybot and (*or* if you are really convinced that spybot is bad..) SuperAntiSpyware, Lavasoft Adaware, MalwareBytes Anti Malware etc etc, then remove all items that are found by them (just keep going using different scanners until you stop getting hits).
