LoL. Thats the problem. Anti-Virus is called ANTIvirus for a reason. Its there to block it. Once its in ur system and manifests. Then theres no getting rid of it. You need to do a full reboot. And this time, before going online, get a good Internet Security like AVAST or Kaspersky.

Try other antivirus or malware removal tools:

It’s a malware infection that can cause many problems. Use the following free programs, download, install, update and reboot into Safe Mode to remove:

      Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:
      http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php
      Select Full Scan.
Remove all infections that it finds after scan.

      SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition:
      http://www.superantispyware.com/superantispywarefreevspro.html
Select Scan your Computer, select your drive and select Perform Complete Scan and remove infections, then click on Preferences, click Repairs Tab and click on any of the System and Browser Repair Items that you may have problems with then click Perform Repair.

Use BOTH for maximum effect as they work slightly differently.

ONLY IF the problem persists, turn OFF System Restore, Right click My computer > select Properties > System Restore Tab > Tick Turn Off System restore on all drives.

After scans are complete and machine is clean remember to turn system restore back ON and create a new restore point.
