I currently own Kaspersky Anti Virus software. It detected a Trojan Virus but seems to be unable to remove it. (After restarting my computer it says there is a threat somewhere in system32, with the options to either 1) Deny the process, 2) Skip, or 3) add to trusted Zone…Denying doesn't help at all, it doesn't remove the process.)
I also am having Kaspersky scan my entire Computer, but it will scan then finish and say "No threats detected", when there really IS something! I then used Windows Defender, which told me it "removed" the Trojan but the situation seemed to only get worse after I supposedly removed it. I now get random pop ups that tell me something is being downloaded into my Temporary folder (I ran a disk cleanup to empty out the temp, doubt it helped much). I can't go on some websites because I get sent to this crazy thing that tells me to sign up for something.
Please help me, I'm just so frustrated right now! Everything's ridiculously slow and much worse than before.

Download SUPERAntiSpyware from
http://www.superantispyware.com
and install.
Restart your computer into safe mode ( Restart computer normally, and after the first screen disappears continuously tap the F8 key. When the list appears choose safe mode)
Whilst in safe mode run a scan with SUPERAntiSpyware.
Hope this helps
Good Luck
