Well, I went through and cleaned all my documents and stuff. The only problem is I've downloaded like 100 programs, and I don't wanna delete my documents. Just my programs QUICKLY. Windows Add and Remove is not an option. Any free programs, or ideas to speed it up? I wanna be able to uninstall some programs. Like, check a checkbox, and it uninstalls that program. Or could I delete them out of the Programs Folder? Thanks. Sorry if this is unclear.
By the way, I have a Medion from 2003. I'm a kid, it's in my family room, but I'm the only one that uses it and I'm the administrator.
ANSWER THE QUESTION GUYS!!
@Lindsay G- I can't do that.

The only safe way to uninstall applications is by using the Windows Add and Remove programs. Usually, it will clean out the registry, any files in other places that need to be removed and delete the program files directory.

The safest and most effective way it to use the uninstall option from add/remove or you the uninstal feature that comes with each program and uninstall it that way.
But if you want to restore windows XP, this is not the way to be doing it. All your doing is cleaning out old programs. If your want to restore it, then you need to reinstall windows, which will make it like it was when you first bought the computer.

Do not just delete them out of the programs folder. Each program you install, installs system files on your machine, if you do not use the Add/Remove programs those system files and registry entries will be left behind. Just deal with it, and use add/remove it's the safest way.

Whatever you do, DON'T delete programmes straight out of their folders!
You MUST uninstall it the correct way by going through Add or Remove Programs. You can cause serious problems doing that.
To speed up your PC you can try a few things –
Disk Clean-up
Start Menu, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, Disk Clean-up.
This will scan your computer for any unneccessary files which are safe to remove.
Follow this up with defragmenting which is in the same System Tools folder as Disk Clean-up.
You could also remove unneccessary start-up programmes which jack memory with back-ground processes.. But if you don't know what you're doing you could do more harm than good.
Also run a spy-ware checker - Uniblue have a good one called SpyEraser.
Hope this helps,

Quickly? Check Box? Add and remove not an option? Uninstall? Hmm. That check box idea is a good idea. But I'm afraid you have to uninstall one at a time.
Unless your talking about the program files you downloaded. You delete those the same way you deleted your documents. You dont need those things once you've installed them.
100 programs? Games? I would save all my documents to a CD or USB memory key and then restore XP with my restore CD and reinstall my other programs.
Have fun!
