How come you don't know the password on your own computer? Is it your computer?

You would have to get into Windows itself to change it.

choose the Safe Mode, when windows starts it should have a Administrator Login Name, simply click dat one so u can load windows in safe mode then go to User to reconfigure the password..other is, u hav no choice but to reformat your unit..best regards..
