Windows root system32 hal.dll missing or corrupt problemm on my dell inspiron is a vista windows wont even ?
start the laptop my question is what if i bought the vista reinstallation cd and reinstall vista will it solve da problem?

then do this
get a flash drive and install another os on it (the same vista tht u have on ur other drive) and then after u install the new os on to the flash drive copy the system32hal.dll from th to ur vista directory and it will boot up nand then from ther on o a virus scan and spyware scan”
i dont really understand how i can install it to a flash drive cuz i neva done dis before can somone plz break it down as simple as possible sorrry but i ahve alot of things in there thanks

ok srry i didnt explain throughly the first time
so in order to install it to ur flash drive u would need the reinstalltion dvd for vista
and then when u boot the dvd from ur computer the dvd will ask u where u want to install it to and so select ur flash drive as the location u want to install it to
and then after u do tht just follow the on screen instructions, and then ur good to go and then copy the system32hal.ddll file rom the flash drive to the crashed hard drive and ull be fine for a while (i highlt recommend u run virus and spyware scans after u get a chance to log on again)
