Everytime i start my user, it only appear when i start my user not the others one, a popup appear saying Runtime Error: Line 18 blah blah blah, do you wish to debug?(what does it mean, debug?) i select yes, then appear again i put yes and then doesn't appear anymore. it doesnt appear again until i start my user. all work correctly. but i want to eliminate this error message. someone can help me? My computer is running on Windows Vista 32 bit Service Pack 1.

We need to know the blah blah blah part.
That error occurs when a program is not executing right, the blah blah blah is going to tell you which program it is.
Then just un-install it and install a fresh copy

There is something trying to run on startup.
This "something" is a poorly written script, most likely VBS, that has an error in it causing it to stop.
If you didn't specifically tell something to load on startup, I think some other program is trying to do something it shouldn't.
Get a good malware scanner, and give your computer a good thorough scan.
If it finds anything (which i think it will) then it will help you get rid of it.
