ScandAll Pro Won’t Uninstall?

I have a fujitsu 5120C scanner running on Vista SP1 Enterprise Edition. I need to uninstall the ScandAll Pro v1.6 software so that I can load a newer scanner. (when I try to install the software without uninstalling this it says another version of scanner software is running, uninstall that version and try again). I go to the Programs/Features and then find the Scandall Pro software, click on it, and then click "uninstall", and it immediately gives me the following error message: "Error reading setup initialization file." And it won't uninstall.

Does anybody have any suggestions for how to get this file uninstalled? I looked for an uninstaller.exe file in the program files for this software but none exists.
