Score.dll cant delete?

My problem is every time I boot up my pc, I get a error message in saying ( Failed to load SCORE.dll ) I've tried to delete this and found this file in application data. It would delete for the time being, but only to be back after pc is idle for a while. Like 15 mins. or so, I believe this is part of Active Security Monitor from AOL
