Security Question - I have Kaspersky as security protection, and was wondering if anyone knew how do the neces?

September 20th, 2009 · 1 Comment

sary tasks to change the status from At Risk to Secure. I have an option to quarantine, which takes me to my documents section, but when I put a file name in to save - it takes me out of that window. I have an option to disinfect also, but when I click on this tab - nothing seems to happen. I’ve shut down, and restarted - and still my system is at risk. I went to Kaspersky’s website and they have a multitude of FAQ’s but nothing tells one as to how to making your system secure.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

You need to open Kaspersky and look around, there should be a report, or a status which will tell you what you need to do. Plus it may be a software vulnerabilities which you may have to update your self.
