You can playback the video for 30 days. This obviously means that for 30 days, video is saved on the machine.
What happens to the footage older than 30 days old? Is it deleted? Would the company actually burn 30 days worth of video onto a DVD every month? Is this even possible?
Inventory is taken once a month.

Don’t know what your company was, but when I used to work for one that used video, they would keep the data for 31 days, on the 32nd day, day 1’s info would get deleted. If there was any special circumstances, then the specific video in question would be backed up for legal purposes.
