recently i installed microsoft xp sp3. shortly after installing, i have a prompt in my taskbar for an ms security update. i have automatic updates enabled. none the less when i try to manually download and install, i get an error message saying it cant be done. im kind of new to computers so any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks
