Service Activation Problem for Norton Security online downloaded for att ?

I am att DSL user. I am not able to activate the Norton security online software downloaded from http://att.software.yahoo.com.

After 15 days of futile attempts even 2nd Tier ATT agents were not able to resolve this and they ask me to contact Yahoo. Can some one at yahoo handle this? Norton tells me that there are only 4 days left for activation.
