SGH-T629: Cell phone monitor broken; how do i fix it?

I have a cell phone that works fine but the screen got cracked and I cannot see about 80% of the phone. I have some valuable phone numbers and pictures on it. How can I retrieve that information?
Ok; I bought a replacement phone of the same model.

Who can I get to transfer the information?

      I would get a new phone and have them transfer the info into your new one. It doesn’t take very long.

      Well As its Broke the best thing is Take it a a Mobile Repair shop and Get A new screen for ur fone !!
