I downloaded a visual style and renamed my original shell32.dll.bak. I also tried to rename my browseui.dll file but it wouldn't make any changes. Now i can't upload or download anything and i'm afraid that if i log off it won't let me log on again. What do I do?

Hi, I did the same thing. Never again. And I knew better. You will need to put in your vista disk, reboot, hit any key and let it start to boot from the disk. Then look for the option of repairing your system. A list of selections will come up. Pick system restore. It takes a few minutes to get going, but once it is done your system will be normal again. Don't ever listen to any site that has you rename system files.
