I currently have AVG anti virus nd internet security installed on my comp however i am unhappy with some of AVG have heard that Kaspersky is better . Should I change from AVG to Kaspersky?

Your Opinion.Kaspersky Is Better Than Avg.
The Free Version Of Avg:
Has NO Root Kit Protection Which Is Critical To Have.
Has A Low Detection Rate.
Is The Worst Free Anti-Virus.

Like the other user said, AVG has no rootkit detection. It is also easily hijacked. AVG has horrible detection rates too. AVG sucks. You get what you pay for.
Kaspersky is far better, no doubt.

If you are using AVG free then yes change it. If you are using AVG internet Security, it does have rootkit protection and is a good program. But if unhappy with it, by all means change it. Kaspersky Internet Security is a good solid program. If you still have time left on AVG, you might want to wait a couple of weeks Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 in coming out in the middle of july. If you wait, you won't to reinstall Kaspersky when the new version comes out.
NOTE: I've just checked and it does not look like Kaspersky is going to be ready in a few weeks sorry.

Kapersky is the best when it comes to anti-viral protection. It also uses the least amount of your computers ram making it very efficient.
