Sisters computer corrupted by spyware.Cannot open up Spybot or Adaware programs to clean computer?

Sis' comp filled with spyware and errors pop up all over the place. RUNDLL errors with endings like ngbcpojs.dll and flntjpbckql.drv. In safe mode rght now,dwnlded ccleaner, spybot, etc but computer wont let me open them up. Cannot open up half of files on computer not even Help and Support.
I don't have access to her backup discs at the moment.What can I do to try to get this comp to work in the meantime?

      Call the computer company it's through and ask them. My advice is to do a total destruction of the computer, it's like F11 or something before it totally starts. She might lose some programs, but better to lose some programs, then the whole computer itself. If you decide to destruct her computer, make sure the ONLY things plugged in are the mouse and keyboard and monitor obviously, everything else must be unplugged.

      thats impossible you can't open spybot in safe mode. choose the safe mode. not the one that has networking. i also suggest you to do system restore and run spybot.

      Use windows defender if you have. If not, download it or try PC tools antivirus. Those are free ways to delete malware. Be sure to turn off internet connection before you scan until scanning and removal is done.
