Well to make a long story short, I have been having some spyware infections. I downloaded AVG, Spybot, SuperAntiSpyware, and Windows Defender. I have done a scan on each of them constantly, and when there is a problem, I move it to quarantine or fix it. I do more afterwards and nothing is found. Though in my taskbar it keeps saying I am infected and my desktop background was changed into a message saying I am infected. I ran smit fraud and did everything as told. Why am I still getting these "infections"? What should I do?

Well, you've had a good try and SuperAntiSpyware is usually quite good, if that hasn't cured the problem I think it's time to get qualified advice from a specialist malware-removal forum, such as Bleeping Computer or MalwareBytes:

Smit Fraud is the spyware. Yahoo search for Smit Fraud Removal will prove it. Link below may help.
