I was trying to install an old Broderbund/American Greetings Scrapbooking software disk I had and the installation failed so I thought that I would try uninstalling it then try again and when I went to the Control Panel to uninstall I receive an error that reads: "A version of this product is already installed. You must uninstall by Add/Remove Programs…." (duh - that's what I was doing).
So I tried inserting the disk back into the drive and when to RUN then hit the setup.exe again and it gives me an error that reads: "An error occurred while launching setup. A remote procedure call failure."
Now I don't know what to do because as I mentioned the software is old there is nothing on Broderbund's website for support of this product. Any suggestions?

Check out the folder where it has been installed to. There must be an uninstaller exe program.
After all, you can simply delete the entire folder and try to re-install it.
