Solve MWSBAR.DLL error at start up.?

At startup on windows desktop I find this RUNDLL error as

Error loading C:\Progra~1\MYWEBS~1\bar\1.bin…..MWSBAR.DLL file

How do I solve this

      That file is from a form of adware called mywebsearch. Go into the control panel and uninstall the program if you see it. If it’s already removed. Click on start, select run, type in MSCONFIG and click ok. Look for the file in startup items and uncheck the box next to it. Click apply, close, restart computer.
