Some Registry Keys are deleted and im unable to…?

Hey guys i downloaded a file which had a virus and has changed some of my registry keys and now im unable to see

C and D drive in My Computer
All Programs,Log Off button from Start Menu

Now i dont hav any Registry backup so how i can restore these values

So plz give me the register keys so i can put them in Registry Editor

Or

tell me any other method to restore my registry

System redtore was disabled
