Norton antivirus really fucks me off, what i would do is just try and uninstall it, or evreytime it comes up just click on the ‘x’
Tbh i don’t think u can get rid of it, cos its stuck on your computer,
you’ll just have to try nd put up with it.. i got it on my laptop and i can’t get rid of it either, so theres not much you can do i’m afraid

ok dear, no need to worry that much =)
Just download/install windows defender or any antispyware program because it seems that you have a spyware/malware in your PC… By the way what antivirus your using to protect your PC? I suggest to use avast4.8 home edition for free and use also windows defender together with it in your PC. But before you do it make sure you uninstall any antivirus to your computer because it may crash your PC. Having 2 antivirus program in your computer is very critical.
Let me give you a tip choosing a good antivirus for your PC because i know you really do care for your pc =)

Firstly, antivirus programs will NOT remove these as they are malicious codecs, although they may find reference to them and remove it but upon rebooting it’s back again

Download, install, update and select Full Scan.
Remove all infections that it finds after scan.
Spybot S&D:

Download, install, update and Immunize, then click ‘Check for problems’ then when complete select all and then ‘Fix Checked’

Disconnect your computer from the internet
