If you mean they’ve broken into your account, then you just need to change your password. More likely they’re just spoofing your address. That means that they’re putting a fake return address (yours) on mail they send. There’s nothing you can do about this personally, although you can notify your email provider (probably your ISP, unless you have a gmail or Hotmail or other web-based type email account). Frankly, it’s unlikely they’ll be able to go after the spammer either, unless he happens to be one of their customers AND they get a sample of the spam he’s sending.

Well you could either just get a new email address and forget about it , change the password and adujust the security setting
