Well, after you answer your 'limit' of questions if you have unlimited answers, you go away for a few hours and then you can come back and answer more. It happens to me too

That error appears to happen when some kid pukes on Isle 13 and the Yamster software janitors haven't gotten over to clean it up. I suspect it also happens when the Yamster Brownshirts do a take-down on a troll or even an honest user who isn't a member of the Party, but has been reported by a troll.
