Spam Email.?

Ive been getting spam e-mail for nearly half a year now, at first it didnt bother me, becuase i could just set it as Junk and not get anymore, but now that the spam e-mail adresses seems to change every time, that doesnt work anymore.
I didnt really want to rush into downloading any spam filter software incase they have spam or spyware themselves, so i was wondering if anyone new some good safe spam software that could filter my e-mails, thanks.
