I believe it's that key to the left of the Space bar (The key with the apple.I don't know what it's called) plus F5

Have a look at Mac Speech. ( http://www.macspeech.com/index.php?cPath=85 ) (Only for intel-based macs. So NOT for G3,4,5 based Macs.
Maybe this article ( http://lifehacker.com/software/speech-recognition/hack-attack-make-your-macs-speech-recognition-work-for-you-215764.php ) has some useful tips.

Lelouch L. <Apple key> + <F5> does pronounce text on screen. Not Vice Versa.
