Spy Sweeper or Trend Micro Antivirus?

I have an HP notebook and it is time to renew my Spy Sweeper and Trend Micro Antivirus software. Should I renew both of these or only keep one? If I just keep one, which would you suggest?

      I would suggest dumping both and getting a product that does both… ESET NOD32 does both spyware and viruses… and it's a LOT faster than trend…

      They also have a "protection suite" but I haven't tried it… Threre are 30 day trials of both available (fully functional)

      If you supplement it with Spybot S&D with it's "immunize" funciton it will take care of cookies and the like also…
