my computer have a virus. it say warning ! spyware deteched on your computer ! install an antivirus or spyware remover to clean your computer. it have a blue screen. i know this is a virus. but i cant get rid of it. it wont let me download any program or let me scan. anything i can do ?

I suggest you buy an anti-virus software from the store and install it unto your computer. I strongly recommend Norton Anti-Virus 2007/08.
And oh don't do any do any online shopping until the problem is rectified.

Run your anti-spyware in Safe Mode.If you dont have an excellent anti-spyware or your current anti-spyware can't prevent spyware from Invading you computer,download a better one.

As the computer is booting press your "F8 Key" repeatly which should bring up the "Windows Advanced Options Menu" . Use your arrow keys to move to "Safe Mode" and press your Enter key.
After into safe mode,run an anti-spyware to remove the spyware and adware on you computer.
Make sure you have 1 or 2 antispyware on your computer and 1 antivirus and also 1 firewall.

First of all boot in safe mode by pressing F8 before you see the Windows splash screen. Choose Safe mode with networking (so that you are able to download stuff from the internet). I would recommend scanning for viruses first by downloading a free virus scanner from the internet http://www.avast.com, or http://www.avg.com and scan your pc for virusses.
