Essentially this is the problem: My computer is loaded with spyware like zango, 180searchassistant, 180searchsolutions, SmitFraud, etc. I tried using trend micro online scan, spybot search and destroy, super anti-spyware, system restore, and pc tools, and they all say that the spyware was removed but when i go and do a second scan it always comes back!! So I guess I need the advance computer people to help me find a solution or a really amazing spyware remover that doesn't cost any cash. Thanks people.

You have to turn off system restore run all your scans then turn system restore back on when you are finished doing all your scans. This wipes all your infected restore points so you can start all over again by making new restore points after you get your system clean again. Good luck.
