download and run a few free programs that would help you to get rid of it
1) spybot s&d (download + install + update and run)
2) smitFraudFix tool (download and run)

Your question cannot be answered simply by saying you have "spyware". It depends on the type and variant of the spyware you have.
You should download and run an anti-virus and an anti-spyware tool.
Some good free tools for doing so are Avira AntiVir, andSpybot Search and Destroy. Both can be downloaded and used for free.
Should you not wish to download or install anything, you may run an online virus scan at http://housecall.trendmicro.com/uk/

It might make better sense to download some free spyware removal tools before using typing any private information such as credit card number in.
Some of those include:
Ad-Aware 2007 (update)
Spybot S&D (update)
CCleaner (update)
And if you dont already have a firewall installed make sure to have one installed on your computer.
