I would suggest Spybot, Search and Destroy… I use it, as well as Yahoo and AOL's spyware programs and am problem free.. (knock on wood! LOL)

I suggest getting AVG 8.0, since it comes with spyware bundled with its anti-spyware free edition.

I should warn you to avoid SUPERantispyware.

      Try avast home edition

Well, that spyware is a problem. It allows the people who created spyware to access files, such as your credit card account.
      I suggest spybot.

You're going to need more than a free product, since you've tried those. And by the way, they don't suck. What does, however, is putting a product on AFTER you're infected instead of before.

Consider having a pro disinfect your computer if it's really bad. If you don't want to do that, then backup your data and restore your computer to as-delivered with the recovery set of discs or installation disc. And protect it with a good product. If you have a name-brand, and don't have any discs, then see if you can still create them with the supplied utility (see your doc or the mfgr website.)

Spybot search and Destroy or adaware are two of the best free spyware tools. Spyware doctor is junk, do not use it.

It sounds like you got something that may be more than just malware, it sounds like a virus. But try these two tools hopefully they will help.

If can provide names of the attacks then you can post them and I wll help you fix the problem.

Ad-aware works best, and its free.

Avast is a good Anti- Virus protection.. but it wont do much against spyware. Search and destroy never worked well for me.. it would say it got rid of the spyware.. but if i scanned it again right after.. the same spyware would be there.

      Try the following freeware:
      Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:
      http://www.download.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html?hhTest=1.
Download, install, update and select Quick Scan

      RogueRemover:
      http://www.download.com/RogueRemover/3000-8022_4-10634508.html
Download, install, scan and follow prompts.

      Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool:

      For 64bit pc's :
      http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=585D2BDE-367F-495E-94E7-6349F4EFFC74&displaylang=en
Normally such things are due to a malicious codec being downloaded inadvertently.
