Something shows on my com. screen…

….then i try to install that program and scan my com.
after it detected the spyware & virus, it can not heal/fix/remove the spyware & virus. cause’ i need to buy the license key…
can you guys help me with this…recomends something free and strong to fix all the matter…
i dun noe wt to do, the com. run very slowly coz that program and the spyware…
then i cant uninstall it…after uninstall/remove the programs my com. automatically install it again and again…
and my AVG cant remove the spyware, it looks like the AVG doesn’t work at all huhu
wat should i do pls…..

You made the mistake of clicking on those links, they're false.
You need to download and install spybot, which should take care of the problem. It's a free program.

AVG like most virus protection programs only protect agaisnt virus's, not spyware. So you always need two programs one for virus and one for spyware, sometimes it's good to have 2-3 programs for spyware installed.

Congratulations! You have just been fished. Never trust those: “your pc is infected” sites on the net, they load your computer with numerous spyware and viruses.
I can help you out though, first uninstall all anti-virus, anti-pyware you have, then get avira antivir personal edition and install it, and update it. Now you eill need an anti-spyware, get spybot search and destroy, download it and update it. Run a full scan of your pc with both.
All viruses/spyware will then be deleted.
