Get a free download of smirfraud and download it to my documents.
Unrar it in a folder in my documents.
      Turn off system restore.
Restart and F8 to start in safe mode.
Run smitfraud and clean everything then reboot.
      After reboot run you antivirus.
      Delete all infections.
Now do a repair install of windows and everything should be skippy.

Have you tried a spyware/adware scan?
      AdAware is good. http://lavasoft.com/
      Also try HijackThis!
      http://www.download.com/Trend-Micro-HijackThis/3000-8022_4-10227353.html

      Both are freeware
