Super Antivirus?

I have dowload super antivirus now, and scanned, they have finded lot of detected files and revomed also.

Should i scan again?

      Assuming that you mean Superantispyware (since that is what you asked about previously), you can re-scan just for your own peace of mind.
      However, just like with antivirus, you should keep the suspected files in quarantine for a week or so rather than delete them right away, just in case they may be required for something that you need.
