my laptop is showing a message off my tool bar saying that it “Windows has detected spyware infection! It is recommended to use special antispyware tools to prevent data loss. Windows will now download and install the most up-to-date antispyware for you.” this message keep flashing constantly. clicking on this takes you to:

After a while of the laptop being on i get a dialog box pop up with the heading Windows Security Alert. In the box its self it says “Warning! Potential Spyware Operation! Your computer is making unauthorized copies of you system and internet files. Run full scan now to prevent and unauthorized access to your files! Click here to download spyware remover…” if you click yes it takes you to this page: http://pc-cleanpro.com/freeware/1/?wmid=6021&pwebmid=469
I have ran several virus and spyware scans, including Avg, Norton and windows defender. the only one that bought anything was Avg but only showed Tracking Cookies.
Can anyone tell me what i should do, and if there is a big problem
