symantec alert a recent attempt to….?

symantec keeps warning me about a recent attempt to attack my computer was blocked,i like the fact that it was blocked but the problem is according to symantec it's always the same guy, same IP adress during every attack and it's just him,so i want to know what the fuck is this guy's problem he's been trying to attack my computer now since i bought it last year and he doesn't stop,is there a way i can send something back to attack his system cause the asshole never stops….
