“Symantec Framework Has Stopped Working”? How do I fix it?!?

OK, So I’ve had Norton 360 premier edition for a long time and have been subscribed to Norton for about 2 years, but all of a sudden, my Norton has stopped working every time I turn my computer on. No matter what I do, I can’t fix it. The Norton support team’s idea didn’t work, and I don’t want to have to un-install it again. Please help!
