“system” process using up cpu when running “Panda Antivirus”?

The CPU is being used up by the "system" process!

When i uninstall PANDA it goes back to normal and works fine , but when i reinstall PANDA the problem returns.

Anyone know how to fix this PLZ?
As i want to keep using PANDA antivirus.
