What you may have to do is Disable Kaspersky, or stop it from running before using system restore, make sure you are disconnected from the internet when you disable it.
Wow, you don't have to snap my head off. i was only trying to help.

Ok When You Try and Uninstall it it says you need a license, I recommend force removing it and then trying to install it again from scratch download My Uninstaller here http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/myuninst.zip (It’s virus free I have it) then find it on the programs list and remove it! Reinstall the program (kaperspy) and you’re sorted!

You may be having a virus or spyware installed on your PC. Norton, AVG , Avast are free antivirus software. Ad-aware, Ewido are free spyware removers. You can download free softwares at http://fixit.in/antivirus.html and http://fixit.in/spywareremover.html . You can also run a free registry scan using utilities from http://re7.info

1st open the folder to find their uninstaller:
c:\program files\Kaspersky\”uninstaller.exe” (quotes, because I don’t know the exact ui name) right click it, click Properties, then Version & see if it says it’s the uninstaller, then OK it\close it. Now 2x click (run) the ui & hope it runs from there. (If it doesn’t work) OK, I’m not going to say I would do this on my PC without researching it, but if all else fails I would eventually delete Kapersky manually, all folders & files & everything in the Registry. ***I would go into Services 1st & make sure it’s Disabled.
