Okay lets say i have some tabs open in a window, and some more in another window. Is there any way to like drag the tab from window to window, say if you wanted to cut down on the clutter. Sometimes in websites you click on things and it opens a new window which is why I ask. Hopefully I explained this good.

you need to close tabs you are not using anymore . this cuts down on the clutter.try using anti popup .

Nope
But instead of clicking on a link, right click and select "open in a new tab". This will force it to open a tab instead of a new window.

There is no way you can drag tab to the other open window. YOu can only drag a tab from one window. If you want a link to open on the same window, just right cick the link and choose open in a new tab.

This should actually solve this problem altogether. Simply right click the link you will click on a website and highlight the Open Link In New Tab and click it. The new web page should be opened in the same window on a new tab. But I do not use Internet Explorer. I use Firefox for it's safeness and ease of use. I recommend trying Firefox out.

I skip the whole issue of annoying tabs and turned them when I updated IE and like another answerer I am seriously thinking of getting Firefox.

Just right click the tab and close it or delete it - as long as you keep the main tab open your ok
you can also go to prefrences and uncheck the box that says open new tab for each web page
click on the tabs button at the top of your browser or it may be in tools
keep all 4 boxes checked and when you click a site it will open in same page and not make a new tab

IE is crap. If you used FireFox 3, you could just drag the tab from one window to another.
The only reason to use IE is because Microsoft won't allow any other browser to work with Windows Update. That's the only reason to ever use it.

From internet explorer:
tools
internet options
tabs settings
check mark "Always open pop-ups in a new tab"
click OK
