My internet connection seems fine, I have BT broadband. i am only 15 and have no control over whether we swap over to someone else so dont suggest that. I just want to find a way to make things download quicker and for videos to load faster, its really annoying. It takes like an hour to load a 12 minute clip, but everything else on the internet seems to be fine. Downloading on firefox, itunes and limewire also seems to be pretty slow. Any ideas?

You're out of luck. BT broadband's fastest download speed is only 8 mb per second, which is worse that conventional DSL. As an example I have cable broadband and my fastest download speed is over 500 mb per second. I can download a 12 minute clip in seconds. SO, and I know you don't want to hear this, but unless your parents upgrade to a faster system, you're out of luck.
