The application or DLL bla.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation disk?

Here is the message verbadum:

"[program name].exe - BAD IMAGE
The application or DLL glabalroot\systemroot\system32 \SKYNETpmukgrnb.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette."

I get this message every time I open any program on my computer.

I just recovered from a crappy malware problem.
System Security had taken a crap on my computer, but i went into safe mode downloaded malwarebytes and ran a scan, got rid of all the evilness and all seemed to be alright.

but now this same message is popping up every time.
everything runs perfectly fine, it’s just this message wont stop popping up whenever a program opens.

i ran another scan, but malwarebytes says i’m good.

i’m thinking something got deleted that maybe shouldn’t have been when i did the scan the first time. but it cant be too serious since everything works fine.

a solution would be much appreciated.
