The ordinal 266 could not be located in the dynamic link library msi.dll?

When I go to download MSN, or iTunes I receive this message: "The ordinal 266 could not be located in the dynamic link library msi.dll."
I posted this question a month or so ago, and I was linked to something I downloaded for my computer. It was exactly what I needed. I got a new computer, and need to do the same thing. I think it was a newer version of XP for Microsoft, but I didn't really look at what I was dowloading. =\
