The procedure entry point _BinkShouldSkip@4 could not be located in the dynamic link library binkw32.dll help?

When trying to play the game, Guitar Hero III: Legend of Rock for the PC. I have downloaded all of what is needed for the game to play, the .dlls and other stuff for it that I forgot about.. :) Anyways, why is it showing me this error when I try to load the game?

Error when trying to play the game:
gh3.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point _BinkShouldSkip@4 could not be located in the dynamic link library binkw32.dll.

Help? Thanks :).. Like tell me what to do in steps, and explain it right :].
