The procedure entry point CreateWellKnownSid could not be located in the dynamic link library Advapi32.dll?

I am trying to install the drivers for my 802.11g USB wireless adapter and when I get to the configuration utility, I enter all the info and it says the procedure entry point CreateWellKnownSid could not be located in the dynamic link library Advapi32.dll I am trying to connect to my 2-wire 3800hgv-b. What do I do? After I press okay, it says the info is potentially incorrect, and no matter how many times I enter the info, it won't work.
