the procedure entry point ddentry could not be located in the dynamic link library ddraw.dll?

I tried to start World of Warcraft and It keeps saying the procedure entry point ddentry could not be located in the dynamic link library ddraw.dll
I have no idea on what to do to fix this problem.Please help.
PS. I cant download from microsoft because im not valed. Also I have windows xp 512 ram
